Early Life and Career

Sophie Løhde was born on September 11, 1983, in Odense, Denmark. She studied law at the University of Copenhagen and worked as a lawyer before entering politics. Løhde joined the Liberal Party in 2003 and was elected to the Danish Parliament in 2007. She served as Minister for Gender Equality from 2016 to 2019 and as Minister for Business and Growth from 2019 to 2022.

Minister for Interior and Health

She has pledged to focus on improving the quality and accessibility of healthcare services in Denmark and to strengthen the country's borders.
