Chelsea Win the Champions League: Kai Havertz Scores for the Blues
Kai Havertz scored the only goal of the final as Chelsea held on to claim their second Champions League title.
The match was played at the Estádio do Dragão in Porto, Portugal on 29th May 2021 between English clubs Manchester City in their first European Cup final and 2012 winners Chelsea.
Havertz scored the only goal of the game in the first half, latching onto a through ball from Mason Mount and rounding Ederson before slotting home.
Chelsea held on to their lead in the second half, with goalkeeper Edouard Mendy making a number of saves to deny Manchester City.
The victory gives Chelsea their second Champions League title, following their triumph in 2012.
