Bangladesh Women vs India Women 3rd ODI Cricket Scorecard: India Win Series 2-1
India defeats Bangladesh in the third and final ODI to clinch the series 2-1.
Pacer Renuka Thakur starred for India, taking 4-17 as Bangladesh was bowled out for just 74 runs.
India won the toss and elected to bat first, posting a total of 140-6 in their 50 overs. Smriti Mandhana top-scored for India with 30, while Yastika Bhatia and Deepti Sharma both chipped in with 20s.
Bangladesh's chase got off to a poor start, as they lost both openers cheaply. Thakur then ran through the middle order, taking four wickets in quick succession to leave Bangladesh reeling at 29-5.
Fargana Hoque and Rumana Ahmed provided some resistance with a 24-run partnership, but it was not enough to prevent India from cruising to a comfortable victory.
The win gives India a 2-1 victory in the three-match series. They will now travel to South Africa for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup, which begins on February 10.
